Ticket Purchase Refund Policy (including events & performances)

There are no ticket refunds. In the unlikely event that a signature ticketed event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded in full within 14 days after the cancellation of the event in the manner in which they were paid. Refunds may be delayed depending on credit card refund processing times, which is not under the control of PFAE.

Your tickets are being purchased from Prairie Fusion Arts and Entertainment (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
